Gary Rich, the agent, holds his Commerical, Industrial and Residential Contractor's license as well as Limited Electrical License. He brings with that over 39 years of experience in all areas of construction.
Angel Rich Johnson, holds her Mechanical Contractor's license and also is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. She offers her interest and knowledge in this area along with her love for the complete construction field.
This licensed father and daughter team welcomes the opportunity to offer a broad range of knowledge of the construction industry and work closely with customers to ensure quality from the birth of a project to its completion.
Parks and Greenways
Our area of speciality is parks and greenways. We work closely with muncipalities and
government agencies to install structures, construct
commercial buildings, and greenway expansions
while taking special care to preserve the natural beauty
and vegetation of each site. 
 Playgrounds It is a joy to watch a project take form. The most joy comes from installing playgrounds and seeing the pleasure from the participants after completion. Our installations range from private industry to public and government properties. Included in the design process, ADA guidelines and provisions can be met to encourage participation from all individuals. 
Splashpads The newest type of water play to hit the park is a splashpad. These water features are aquatic recreation systems that provide for combinations of interactive play. The fun comes from the endless enjoyment of water as it is sprayed, gushed, dumped and poured from the play products that create the play events enjoyed by the Splashpaders. Imagine all of this on a fully automated system! Rich Construction, Inc. is the only splash pad installer in the Knoxville, TN area and surrounding vicinity.
